01 // Privacy Protocol

At Artboards.in (accessible from https://artboards.in and its subdomains), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Artboards and how we use it.
1. Zero-Knowledge Architecture (Client-Side Processing)
The majority of utilities provided on tools.artboards.in (including but not limited to Image Compressors, PDF Converters, JSON Formatters, and Generators) operate on a Serverless / Client-Side basis.
- Files do not leave your device: When you upload an image or PDF, it is processed natively within your browser using WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas technologies.
- No Server Uploads: We do not upload, store, analyze, or view your source files on our servers.
- Instant Purge: Once you close your browser tab, all temporary data related to that session is wiped from your local memory.
2. Information We Collect
While we do not collect personal files, we may collect standard telemetry data to ensure system stability:
A. Log Files
Artboards follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
B. Local Storage
We use your browser's localStorage to save your user preferences, such as:
- Dark Mode / Light Mode state.
- Recent color palettes generated in InStudio.
- F1 Team preferences for the Race.hub dashboard.
This data resides solely on your device and is not transmitted to our backend databases.
3. Third-Party Data & APIs
Our subdomains, specifically race.artboards.in, may fetch data from third-party motorsport APIs (such as OpenF1 or others) to display telemetry and driver statistics.
We use Google Analytics and potentially advertising partners to analyze traffic trends. These third parties may use cookies to collect anonymous usage data. We do not have control over these third-party cookies.
4. GDPR & CCPA Data Protection Rights
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

Unless otherwise stated, Artboards and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Artboards (Code, Design System, CSS Framework). All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Artboards is an unofficial fan site. "Formula 1", "F1", "FIA Formula One World Championship", "Grand Prix" and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V. This website is not associated in any way with the Formula 1 companies. Telemetry data provided on race.artboards.in is for informational/entertainment purposes only.
3. License to Use
You may access this from Artboards for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:
- Republish material from Artboards without attribution.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license the Artboards Design System source code as a standalone product.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Artboards for competitive analysis.
- Redistribute content from Artboards (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Artboards, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website. Artboards, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
Tool Reliability: The tools provided (e.g., PDF Splitter, Image Compressor) are provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee 100% uptime or data integrity. Users are advised to keep backups of their original files.
5. User-Generated Content
Certain parts of this website (such as InStudio workspaces) offer the opportunity for users to generate and display digital assets. Artboards does not filter, edit, publish or review these assets prior to their presence on the website. Comments and assets do not reflect the views and opinions of Artboards, its agents, and/or affiliates.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
